Based in Berlin, HarmInvest GmbH is active in real estate project development, investment and management. With more than ten years of real estate experience – mostly abroad – our management applies diversified real estate know-how to realize and implement promising, future-oriented projects.Our reference projects in Germany include the completed "Harbor Village Rheinsberg" resort with an investment volume of 72 million euros, the 500 million euro "Port Olpenitz" project, directly on the Baltic coast, as well as “Lake Park Waren" on the shores of beautiful Lake Müritz, now in the planning stages.
Projects abroad include Sweden's largest shopping centre, the "Kista Galleria” in Stockholm and various residential and office properties in the United States.
Our U.S. subsidiary, US HarmInvest, Inc. represents HarmInvest GmbH on the North American real estate market.
These days, international real estate know-how forms the basis for developing future-oriented projects, also in locations within Germany.
